About UK Visa Assistance

Clear, fixed-fee immigration advice for individuals, families and employers.

How we got here

UK Visa Assistance is a Glasgow immigration practice helping individuals, families and employers move through the UK system. Since 2010, we have supported more than 500 successful applications across spouse, settlement, citizenship and sponsor licence routes.

The firm was founded on a simple idea: immigration advice should be transparent, easy to act on, and priced before any work begins. We work to fixed fees that map every step of an application from documents through to decision, so clients know exactly what they are paying for and what comes next.

We focus on the routes most relevant to the families and employers we serve: spouse and partner visas, further leave to remain, indefinite leave to remain, British citizenship, family reunion, and sponsor licence applications and compliance. Cases that fall outside our scope, such as asylum, judicial review, or detention work, are referred to specialist firms with the right authorisation.

Application packs are reviewed against the current Immigration Rules, evidence is checked twice, and clients are kept up to date at every stage. The day-to-day priority is plain communication: knowing where your case is, and what is needed next, without chasing.

Frequently asked questions

Spouse and partner visas, further leave to remain, indefinite leave to remain, British citizenship, family reunion, sponsor licence applications, and EUSS. Cases that fall outside our scope, such as asylum or judicial review, are referred to specialist firms.

All instructions are fixed-fee. The fee covers an initial consultation, document review, application drafting, submission support, and one round of follow-up correspondence with the Home Office. Out-of-scope work is quoted separately before any additional charges.

Timelines vary by route. Spouse and partner visas typically take 8 to 12 weeks from submission, indefinite leave to remain runs about 6 months, British citizenship around 3 to 6 months, and sponsor licence decisions arrive within 8 weeks. We will give you a route-specific estimate during the initial consultation.

Our office is at 119 Whitefield Road in Glasgow, and we serve clients across Scotland, the rest of the UK, and internationally. Most consultations are conducted by video call, and in-person meetings are available by appointment.

No firm can guarantee a Home Office decision. What we guarantee is a complete, evidence-led application package that meets the published Immigration Rules. Decision rates on our supported applications since 2010 sit well above the published averages for unrepresented applicants.

Use the contact form, call us, or book a free initial assessment. We will review your situation, confirm the appropriate route, quote a fixed fee, and outline next steps within one working day.
